Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Project-Based Services
3. Monthly Services
Website development and other one-time projects generally begin after the agreed advance or payment. If cancelled before work begins, a refund may be considered after deducting applicable payment processing or third-party costs. Once work has started, refunds are considered based on work completed.
SEO, Google Ads management, Meta Ads management, social media marketing, content marketing, and website maintenance are billed for the applicable service period. Cancellation stops future billing where applicable, but does not automatically refund services already delivered or work already performed.
2. Advance Payments
Advance payments reserve dedicated project time and allow work to begin. Refund eligibility depends directly on whether work has started and how much work has been completed.
Advertising Spend & Direct Costs
4. Advertising Spend
5. Completed Work & Third-Party Costs
Google and Meta advertising spend is separate from Unomixa's management fee and is paid to the advertising platform. Unomixa cannot refund advertising spend already charged or spent by the platform.
Completed work, approved deliverables, and costs already paid to hosting, domains, software, payment providers or other third parties may not be refundable.
Requests, Processing & Policy Terms
6. Cancellation Requests
7. Refund Processing
8. Service Issues
Clients can request cancellation by emailing hello@unomixa.com with their name, service or project, and cancellation request details.
Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method where practical. Processing time may depend on the payment provider or bank.
If a client believes a service was not delivered as agreed, they should contact Unomixa promptly so the matter can be reviewed and an appropriate resolution discussed.
9. Policy Updates & Specific Agreements
Unomixa may update this policy from time to time. The latest version published on the website applies to future transactions. Specific proposals, invoices or written agreements may contain additional terms agreed with the client.
